Altura Gulf Services LLC, a fast-growing facilities and management company based in Dubai, is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Secretary to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
π― Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, calls, and visitor greetings
- Schedule meetings and maintain calendars for senior staff
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents
- Maintain office files and records (both digital and physical)
- Coordinate internal communications and documentation
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services
- Monitor and order office supplies
β Requirements
- Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Professional appearance and attitude
- High school diploma required; additional qualifications are a plus
